Taxidermy squirrel laying on driftwood branch *unique coat, very uncommon!!*

Just mounted by me, this small female grey squirrel is mounted on a piece of driftwood I found in a Tennessee river, strung up with jute twine for a rustic look. Perfect for the bare space on your wall in need of some furry cuteness!

This squirrel had a very unique coat in life, that’s why I chose to give it a full body mount. Please see pictures for details as I’m unsure how to describe this coat type, it has almost a wooly-ness to it that I’ve never seen or heard of before so it seems to be quite rare to have a mount with this coat type. I can also send more pictures upon request.
